What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, WhatsApp number, email, selected tour, preferred date, group details, hotel/pickup information, your optional preferred payment method and any notes you choose to share.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to respond, check availability, arrange or clarify trip details and communicate about your request. This website does not take online payments or collect your bank account, card or wallet credentials.
If the optional private enquiry database is enabled, submitted details may be stored for the operator to follow up. Without that configuration, your WhatsApp conversation remains the primary contact channel.
Third-party services
Choosing WhatsApp opens a separate service operated by Meta. The conversation and any information you choose to send are subject to that service’s privacy terms.
Optional Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after you accept analytics preferences and if the site operator has configured them. Essential preferences use cookies.
